Start with the pencil requirement
Pencils can differ in diameter and shape. Ask whether the selected sharpener suits the actual pencils being supplied, especially where larger colouring pencils are involved. A product called a sharpener does not automatically confirm a double-hole design or compatibility with every pencil. Check the catalogue description and request missing details before building a complete kit around it.
Read the set contents
Our school sharpeners selection includes a standalone product and stationery sets that contain a sharpener. Those are different purchases. Confirm the listed contents and quantity per set rather than counting every item in the photograph as a separate included product. If you need only sharpeners, make that clear in the enquiry so a complete stationery set is not quoted as an assumed equivalent.
Consider handling and storage
Think about where the item will be used and whether a shavings container is a requirement. Do not assume one is included when the product description does not say so. Check any supplied instructions and use age-appropriate supervision for children handling stationery with blades. If a school has a specific approved kit list, confirm that the proposed product matches it before ordering.
Submit the complete quantity
